Our office hourse are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:45 PM. We are closed from 12 PM to 1 PM Monday through Thursday and 12 PM to 1:30 PM on Friday.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and need to cancel you may do so by calling (310) 794-7274 or by e-mailing the department 24 hours before the time of your appointment.
